WOW, what can I say all the familiar faces, all the warm welcomes, a wonderful message! Oh, and the music...........!!
With Mapendo’s help, I was able to prepare a short speech, in Swahili, to present at the service. It was received with an encouraging degree of enthusiasm! I wonder what I said?
Due to the renovations taking place on the Church, we held the service outside. They are always very thoughtful, someone found a large umbrella to post in the ground near me. Enough to provide shade. Life saving!
The changes to the building are amazing. I knew they had done alot of work, but I was still astonished! Yes I got some pictures. (Stan, where did we pack the camera-to- computer cord?)
