Tupende Wezee (love our seniors)

This program was initiated by Mapendo, and supported by TBA to reach out to neglected, needy seniors in the community.
For Christmas, they were given fabric for dresses, and a new blanket, in addition to being fed!
Their appreciation was ecstatic and filled with joy and thankfulness.
Thank you for helping us to help them!

Please receive our deepest thanks for hearing our cries, understanding our difficulties, and responding with love!

Our appreciation is too large to express in words! All of these supported projects are making a very large impact on our country!

One day, we will see you and show you our love for your amazing response to us through Together Building Africa!

You have fed our children, sent them to schools (which will impact our country for years to come!), loved our seniors, encouraged our leaders, supported a chicken farm to provide jobs for our youth and food for the community, loved us when we are in the poorest imaginable state for human beings.....your love expressed through this mission, has stood alongside us, and helped us to stand!

YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU! MAY GOD BLESS YOU SO MUCH!

To all of you who support us in prayer, encouragement, and giving. Blessings of our Lord on your year!

It's difficult to capture all the people breaking up rocks with their small hammers, but this is how they make gravel for the roads etc. Labour intensive!

a very dear lady collected Crocs shoes and sent them to Congo. The gift was a great expression of love to the orphan children!!

One day, some visitors came from Mudaka to tell us that they were experiencing a serious drought. People were suffering.
Water was only available from a distant location. You can see the effort involved to obtain this basic necessity!

We went to Mudaka to assess the problem.

For sure, the village was in very desperate condition. This is the village where we have the MB Chicken farm as well.
Our missionaries Ron & Elaine had already notified us that the farm would benefit from a direct water supply.
We thought perhaps we could meet both needs? A team went out with an engineer to do a survey and give us an estimate for the work.
It has been a laborious negotiation, but we have been able to approve the project!
It should be underway as you read this.

Because of your partnership, these people will have water!

When we met with the chief and some of the leaders, we were told that there was a man who planned to do this project, but he had died the week before. They said they were completely without hope! And then God heard their prayers and answered! There was great rejoicing, I can tell you!
