Many plans being made these days. and a LOT of packing. People have been so generous!
We are bringing Croc shoes for children, blankets for babies, and perhaps some school supplies!
You can not imagine how much these gifts will be appreciated!

We have been to visit so many of you! I am so happy that you could meet Pastor Raha & Mapendo.

You have encouraged, blessed, and stood with us in prayer for Congo.........how can we thank all of you?

You are such an amazing group of people!!!!!!!!
Only God could connect us with this kind of support.

Soooooooo............in 11 days.........

overall I think it was a good day.......
but then......

Dear Friends.......

With the support you have sent, we were able to send powdered baby formula to feed these precious orphaned children! 

This orphanage has no building, so the children are being housed in the hospital. They were out of formula altogether. Because of your generosity, we had the great privilege to intervene. 

I hope this blesses your hearts today, this is the extension of your hands here in Africa!

Also, a cousin of mine stitched some tiny sewing kits. They contained needles, buttons, some thread and pins. They were distributed in a very poor area of the city. (picture to follow) 

A few days later, a community leader approached me to say a huge thank you. "I needed these things so much! They have helped me......buttons?......on my! What a great gift.....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!"
