2013 road kill....

= 1 camera & 1 computer (perhaps this one is not dead, just needs repair. When I plug it in to charge, and then touch it, it bites me! So, I think there is a short somewhere, maybe just a loose wire?)

After all, that same road gave ME more than just a 'loose wire'!! Just like my camera, I too lost the ability to focus! I was told by one who knows, that it is too old to repair, and not worth it (I MEAN THE CAMERA, NOT ME!! However.....??!....4 years! when did 4 years get old??! Thankfully I missed THAT memo!!!!!)

So time to hit my knees and pray for the money to replace that camera!
I hate missing all the photos from now on! That is my only means of bringing all of you here to meet and share my passion for all my dear friends in the DRC, and witness their remarkable accomplishments, their happiness, and their indomitable spirit..... :(

pastor's conference....

We had a full house for our meetings, and it was a great time! Welcomed by many old friends, and formed new friendships. The conference speakers were detained and I had about 24 hours to prepare to share with these great men and women! It was a test....I tell you!  :D

for 180 pastors. I was not really helping, but they thought it would make a fun picture.....Pastor Raha, son to my husband and I,  on my right....

these women worked all night for two nights in a row, to make food for everyone! And it was very, very good!!

Until yesterday, I have been a one-chicken preacher.....or, on a good day.....a two-chicken preacher!!  Yesterday.....I GRADUATED!!!!  I am now a GOAT-PREACHER!!!!!!!
Rejoice with me!  The goat joined us for lunch today...he was very impressive!
